Skirt or Dress Frill Add On

This option will add a gorgeous frill to any custom skirt or dress. 

The frill is approximately 10cm long. I take off 5cm from the skirt length. So this will increase your length choice by 5cm in total.

Please let me know if you want this customised in any way. E,g. ‘Please make the skirt the normal mini length including frill’
