Please be aware that Estimated Shipping times do not include our processing time. For e.g, A custom item could take the maximum of 14 days, plus 1-2 days for Royal Mail 1st class delivery.

Processing time for our products vary depending on what you purchase, please see examples below:

Custom / Made to order garments - Our processing time is from 7-14 working days. As this is a custom item, the design, painting drying and treating time has to be taken into consideration. If there is a delay in this getting to you and it passes the 14 days, we will contact you via email or telephone with an update. This does not include weekends, or bank holidays.

Ready made and one of a kind garments - Our processing time is 1-3 working days. This does not include weekends, or bank holidays.

Shipping costs vary for each item. However if you spend over £100 shipping is free.

We are currently using Royal Mail as our courier, we cannot be held accountable for any delays or issues once the product has been handed over to them.
